"Our Mission is to develop and sustain a program that represents the institution, alumni, supporters, student-athletes and staff in the most positive manner, in line with the overriding mission of our institution.  

One indicator of our success will be the performance of our team in competition and the ability of some of our student-athletes to play beyond High School.  That, however, will not solely reflect the measure of our success.  Our success also lies in developing our student-athletes athletically, academically, socially and spiritually to pursue their life goals within and beyond the game by focusing on four fundamental values: Responsibility, Authenticity, Determination, and Generosity.  We are equally as proud of the young men who have gone on to play beyond High School as we are of those who are now succeeding outside of basketball at the collegiate level and beyond.

When you watch the Flashes compete, you will see a cohesive team that understands how to play for each other, that is constantly in pursuit of perfection, and that embraces the sacrifices inherent in lifting the team above self.  The team's success is merely a by-product of their focus on the process, day in and day out.  Our team's goal is to play hard, play smart, and play together every time we take the floor!"
