Important Dates for Admissions

November 7, 2025

You can apply for the next school year beginning on November 7, 2025.  Please have the following documentations ready to go and upload when you apply.  Applications should be turned in before the High School Placement date of your choice on December 13th or January 10th.

1. Birth Certificate​​​​​​
2. 7th and 8th grade report cards
3. Immunization form.  This must be the Form 680 and it must be typed and electronically signed.  Handwritten forms and signatures will not be accepted.
4. A letter of recommendation written from a current academic teacher
5. School Entry Health Forms (please ensure both sides are filled out and turned in)
6.  Custody Agreement (if applicable)
7. Psychoeducational Evaluation (within three years old) if seeking accommodations.

Applications may be deleted from the system if left unfinished for 4 weeks or more.  Please contact the Director of Admissions at Kristin.Grover@sjaweb.org with any questions.

Testing dates will occur on Saturday December 13, 2025 and January 10, 2026.
You will check in at SJA in the media center.  Check in begins at 7:30 and testing begins at 8:00 AM.  Please  be here no later than 7:50 AM to check in.

Applications must be submitted before the testing date to be able to test.
Please make arrangements to be present for one of the two testing dates.  Make up test will be limited and occur during the school day.
You will receive a link to register for the HSPT once you submit your application.

Decisions will be released beginning in March by email and then by mail.

When you receive your admissions decision, you will receive an enrollment email if you were accepted to SJA.  Please fill out the enrollment packet and pay the registration fee to secure your spot within two weeks of receiving the acceptance.
