Cafeteria Manager
Joan moved from Long Island New York to St. Augustine following
her husband's employment. She worked for the previous Cafeteria
Chef for 10 years before taking over as Cafeteria Manager in
2004.
She has introduced a new menu and service that have been a big
hit with students and staff alike.
