Tuition & Fees 2012-2013

Following is the total amount due for tuition and fees at St. Joseph Academy for the 2012/2013 Academic Year. The total amount due includes the application fee ($600), comprehensive fee ($650) and tuition.

One Catholic Student in family at St. Joseph Academy                       $  7,850.00

Two Catholic Students in family at St. Joseph Academy                     $14,440.00

Three Catholic Students in family at St. Joseph Academy                   $21,030.00

One Non- Catholic Student in family                                                 $  9,850.00

Two Non-Catholic Student in family                                                  $18,240.00

Three Non-Catholic Students in family                                               $26,630.00

The Non-Refundable Application Fee of $600 per family is due with the submission of the application or re-registration form. After May 1, 2012, the late application fee is $700.00.

There is a 10% discount applied to the Tuition on the second student and/or third student’s tuition within a family. The discount does not apply to the registration fee, technology fee or comprehensive fee.

A Technology Fee of $350.00 is charged in addition to tuition for all freshmen and transfer students.  This one time fee includes media/library services and allows the school to provide up-to-date technology for the students. This fee is due at the time of acceptance to the school.

Seniors will be charged a graduation fee of $150.00, which is due in full by December 31, 2012.

Payment Options:

Annual Payments paid on or before May 1, 2012 will receive a 5% discount.

Bi-Annual Payments and Quarterly payments are available on request.

We utilize the FACTS on-line payment system for monthly payments of tuition.  If you have used the system in the past, you do not have to re-register.  We have rolled over those records for our school.  If your child attended a middle school and you used FACTS for payments, you will need to register through our website link.  We cannot access the account you used at the previous school.

Once you have registered for the first time with our school or have sent in the re-registration form if you are returning, we will input the total amount due for tuition.  A confirmation email will be sent from the FACTS website once we add the contract amount to your account.  Please make sure you have indicated on your account what day of the month you want the payments drafted and how many payments you want it split to.

Visa/Mastercard/Discover payments are accepted for any fee over $100.

**FINANCIAL AID IS AWARDED ANNUALLY AND ALL ELIGIBLE FAMILIES MUST RE-APPLY FOR AID EACH YEAR.**

St. Joseph Academy Catholic High School administers the FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment Program to help evaluate a family’s ability to contribute toward their child’s education. With the help of FACTS, St. Joseph Academy Catholic High School makes the fairest possible determination regarding the level of assistance it can offer. Bus Registration and Fees:

Registration for the bus must be completed at the time of final registration of the student at St. Joseph Academy.  We offer 3 bus routes (Ponte Vedra, World Golf Village and Mandarin).The cost of bus transportation is $1400 per year, payable in one payment or ten payments.
