St. Joseph Academy has contracted with FACTS
Management Company to provide various payment options for you. Through
FACTS e-Cashier you will be able to arrange for monthly and/or
semi-annual payments
FACTS e-Cashier will allow you to make payment(s) by Automatic Bank
Payments from your Checking or Savings account. Please use the e-Cashier
button on the left to access on line services. The SJA FACTS Number is
05227.
All tuition and fees paid to St. Joseph Academy are NON-REFUNDABLE
regardless of the date of a student's withdrawal from the school. Payment of tuition
and fees according to the schedule below is required to maintain a student's
registration at St. Joseph Academy.

A Technology Fee of $300.00 is charged to tuition for all Freshmen and transfer students.
Seniors will be charged a graduation fee of $140.00 that can be
added to tuition. Students with AP courses

Non-Refundable Registration Fee *
* Includes scheduling and academic fees as well as
instructional materials, catastrophic student insurance, class dues, a
lock, activity fees and yearbook. This does not include books, AP exam
fees, school uniforms, PE uniforms, field trips, parking permits,
graduation fees or fund-raisers. Books must be purchased on line.
Financial Aid
Limited financial aid is available. The Private School Aid Service
(PSAS) Form must be completed to demonstrate financial need. A student
must be enrolled in order to apply for Financial Aid. The filing
deadline is March 1, 2010 and IRS Form 1040 for 2009 must be included.
It is necessary to file income taxes early. Families are welcome
to contact the Admissions Office or the Business Office with any
questions or concerns regarding Financial Aid. PSAS Forms are available
from the Business Office.
Scholarships
1) Rosina Patterson Scholarships - A PSAS Form
demonstrating financial need must be filed in order to qualify for this
scholarship. Student must write and submit a brief autobiography
(approximately 100 words) and submit this with the completed
application. Two recommendations are required. The recommendation forms
are attached to the application. Deadline: All required materials must
be received by March 12, 2010 by 3:30p.m. Application forms are at
admissions/Rosina Patterson 004.pdf.
2) Justin Morin Memorial Grant - This
grant/scholarship is for textbooks - maximum amount is $500.00 and based upon the following criteria: character,
merit and need. Awards are made annually. Apply in writing to : Mr.
Michael Heubeck, Principal, St. Joseph Academy, 155 State road 207, St.
Augustine, FL 32084 by May 2010.
3) Dominic Poli Scholarship - A merit based scholarship to be applied to
tuition for St. Joseph for students currently attending (2009-2010) St.
Joseph Academy in the 9th, 10th and 11th grades.
The scholarship is named after a long standing benefactor and is awarded
for academic excellence in Theology, Mathematics, Science and English.
Application is via a letter (1-2 pages, typed, doubled spaced) written
by the student to the Dominic Poli Scholarship Committee listing his/her
over-all academic and extra-curricular achievements/accomplishments at
St. Joseph Academy. Some profiles of letters of past recipients are:
* Academically ranking in upper 10% of class,
* Behavior excellence,
* Letter reveals presentation excellence in grammar, spelling and neatness,
* Letter includes summaries of academic achievements, extracurricular activities
& athletic participation.
Please note: The letter addressed to the Committee must be submitted to Sister Suzan Foster and received no later than 8:00am, Wednesday, March 31, 2010.
